DFI was started with the vision of bringing together the strongest practitioners in the fields of forensic accounting, fraud investigation, fraud risk management, bankruptcy and insolvency and litigation services. Collectively, our background includes training with global organizations such as the FBI and Big Four accounting firms, as well as private industry and courtroom experience. Our diverse team of highly credentialed professionals includes Certified Public Accountants, Certified in Financial Forensics professionals, Certified Fraud Examiners, and Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors.

Our offices are located in Los Angeles and San Diego, however, we do not limit our footprint to that geographical area. We are licensed in several states and have been involved in matters ranging from local southern California to Europe and Asia. Should a client need arise requiring additional resources, our strategic alliances with both national and global accounting firms allow us expand our reach instantly.

By taking on the role of authors, speakers, board members, conference chairs, speakers, spokespersons and committee chairs, we embrace the opportunity to collaborate with other top leaders in the accounting field in order to advance the profession and work to continue the promotion of accounting education. Our team has developed many courses aimed at educating members of the accounting profession in various areas including forensic analysis, fraud investigation, fraud prevention and detection, forensic auditing, bankruptcy and litigation services.
